Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellation

● Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
● Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

2. Refund Policy

● We do not offer refunds on customized or handmade products unless the item is
damaged or defective.
● For any damaged product, please share clear photos or videos within 24 hours of
delivery.

3. Returns

● Since most of our products are personalized or made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
● Return requests for non-custom products (if any) must be raised within 48 hours of
delivery.

4. Replacement

● Replacements are only provided for damaged or incorrect items.
● To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
